Bandwidth degradation (isochronous devices only)

This process can not be performed with Linux at this time, and is provided in anticipation of a suitable tool being developed.

Run the isoc-soak program and verify that the DUT gracefully handles limited isochronous bandwidth situations. This application will consume increasingly larger amounts of USB bandwidth, and should be started just prior to plugging the DUT. Isochronous device applications are required to notify the user of this limited bandwidth issue and provide possible resolutions.
